And it came to pass that when Jesus had made an end of praying He came again to the Disciples, and said unto them: So great faith have I never seen among all the Jews; wherefore I could not show unto them so great miracles, because of their unbelief." (III Nephi 19:35)
The Lord Jesus then commanded all to cease from praying, nevertheless He admonished them to continue to pray in their hearts at all times and under all conditions.
He next directed them to arise; and at His word they stood upon their feet. Then He administered unto them bread and wine, the emblems of His body and of His blood which He had given as a ransom for their sins and the sins of the whole world. It is to be noted that neither the Disciples nor any one of the multitude had brought the bread and wine, but that both were supplied by an unseen hand. Whoever brought them, their presence was a manifestation of the power of the Master.
